Illustration Friday--Glamour

Glamour gone bad.

Sometimes I worry that I'll be one of those women who doesn't age very gracefully, a sort of Miss Havisham who still thinks she's 18. Of course I have daughters to remind me how it embarrassing it would be for me to dress in that way, so I'm probably pretty safe.

Interesting...I have the same feeling as you do, but I tell myself that when one ages, the glamour will then become a state of mind instead of how we look on the outside...I think your illo is full of sincerity...

these are very interesting sketches you have here-I look at them-all of them, and I believe I know what they are saying-I'm wondering why you write on your pictures? wonderful sketches-I just don't think you believe in the power of them

Love your use of lines. ENJOYED MY VISIT HERE VERY MUCH.

Experience, One of those days, and the drawing plus text for Angry are thoughtful as well as wonderful works of art.

I love your line work and color choices, and i love the commentary you make with your images. You know...glamour is a head thing...be yourself and then you'll always be beautiful:>
